TASTY TUESDAY #3 POTLUCK PARADISE
I was always the guy to volunteer napkins to a potluck. Maybe a bag of chips. And if I felt really generous, some red solo cups. But this July 12th was different. This July 12th, I brought something unique and hand-crafted to the proverbial table. It was succulent, sweet, tangy, green. IT WAS… guacamole.
My dad’s secret recipe was under the bright lights of a dinner table surrounded by the people who make the Supply Education Group what it is today. There it was enjoyed, munched on. Dare I say it, loved.
Everyone brought something to this table in a suburban new jersey home. Nothing had the back story or flavor like my dad’s GUAC, but everything was delicious.

A family style lunch for the Supply. We ate heartily and all felt very, very sleepy after, but I’d like to believe that it was worth it.
