HEY EVERYONE!!!

Today is this summer’s LAST WATCH WEDNESDAY! So we’re going out with a SLAM. Nono…a DUNK. a JAM. HEHEH~ GET IT?? No…?

This past Saturday, we held The Supply’s 1st Annual Basketball Tournament at Ruckman Park in Closter, NJ! Sixteen teams, about 80 players in total, signed up to ball for The Supply. At the end of the day, we made a grand total of $2,609!!!

The tournament was an awesome way for these brothers who wanted to get involved, but weren’t sure how, to show their support with some friendly competition. Sean Yoo, at first only a supportive fan, broke out his skills and won the individuals’ 3-point contest! Brian and the Astronauts won a total of six games to be the first champions of The Supply’s Annual Basketball Tournament! And Mr. Pak from Eastern International Realty was the tournament’s angel; he made an incredibly generous contribution to cover for all of the logistics and extra fees for the tournament. THANK YOU, ALL OF YOU.

Everything—the contributions, and the blood, sweat, and tears (too dramatic…?)—is going to the construction of the first secondary school in Lenana, Kenya! Everyone played with so much heart, despite the heat, and all in all, like Eddo said, it was an awesome day. It just goes to show that, truly, WE ARE ALL THE SUPPLY.
